Blue Heron Lakehouse is a 5-bedroom, 5-bath luxury waterfront vacation home on Lake Sammamish, in Bellevue, Washington. With 75 feet of waterfront and surrounded by forest, lush gardens and a stream, it’s the ultimate private retreat space for families and friends or business groups.
Our home is fully stocked for convenience and fun, with everything you might possibly need to have fun in and on the lake, create feasts, have a games night, enjoy the stars while gathered around our fire table or just relax in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
Our guests love the light-filled interiors, gorgeous lake and mountain views from nearly every room in the house, plush bedrooms and whimsical artworks.
We can accommodate up to 12 guests. We feature spacious, wide-open rooms with lots of spots for gathering or just relaxing. Options range from our sophisticated new media lounge with its 75” TV with surround-sound and 10-foot wet bar, to our view great room and lake-level family room. A whole-house sound system with Sonos speakers throughout offers everyone a chance to enjoy their own soundscape.
BOATHOUSE BAR
Our chic, renovated Boathouse is at the center of every gathering, with its bar and kitchenette overlooking the lake, plus a pro grill and outdoor lounge area with a fire table—an ideal spot for watching sunset color the lake, or a glowing moonrise.

Blue Heron Lakehouse’s natural shoreline and 70-foot dock with Adirondack chairs offer front-row seating for watching our resident great blue heron and bald eagles as they dive for fish. This is just the beginning of outdoor fun at Blue Heron Lakehouse. On the upper terrace you can soak in the views from our 8-person hot tub, and on the lakeside terrace you can challenge an opponent to a game of cornhole or choose your favorite kayak or canoe for an outing.
In summer, Lake Sammamish is one of the warmest lakes in Western Washington, making it ideal for swimming and boating. It buzzes with activity at this time of year with boaters of all types, but wake-surfing enjoys a special renown; this engaging sport originated here.
MID-CENTURY MODERN
This Mid-century modern house is Brian’s family home. Purchased by his grandfather in 1938, it has undergone many renovations, yet retained its best features, including window walls on the entire front face opening the house up to nature and remarkable views. Today it’s completely updated and outfitted with elegant furnishings, high-end appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and the latest technology.
Blue Heron Lakehouse is just 20 minutes from Seattle, 10 minutes from Microsoft and only minutes to downtown Bellevue and Woodinville Wine Country. We’re also close to bike paths, famous 280-foot Snoqualmie Falls and Cascade Range hiking trails.

With ultra-high-speed Internet, multiple workstations, a laser printer and more, we regularly host business groups, and have opened our home to national TV commercial shoots, fashion buyer events, collaborative team projects and tech-product development. Our corporate client roster includes Amazon, Google, Microsoft and fashion brands.
